From Shibuya, take the C1 and Rainbow Bridge towards Umihotaru in the middle of the bay. Enjoy the meet, then return along the Wangan, cross Rainbow Bridge again and rejoin the C1. Finish with a photo stop at Tokyo Tower before returning to Shibuya.
