Cancellation Policy
At Kaido Club, your safety and comfort are our top priority. As our tours take place in authentic Japanese performance and collector cars, we kindly ask all participants to review the following requirements before booking. **Participant Requirements** • **Minimum Age**: Participants must be at least **18 years old**. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • **Physical Condition**: Guests with serious medical conditions (including but not limited to heart issues, back problems, or mobility limitations) should notify us in advance. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate all physical or mobility impairments due to the specific design of our vehicles. • **Mental & Cognitive Conditions**: Guests with mental or cognitive disabilities requiring special assistance must inform us in advance so that we can assess safety and feasibility. • **Height & Weight**: For comfort and safety, participants should generally not exceed 185 cm (6') in height or 90 kg (198 lbs) in weight. Cars are compact and have limited interior space. Please inform us if you are close to these limits so we can advise accordingly. • **Seat Belts**: Wearing seat belts at all times is mandatory. **Safety & Responsibility** • Our tours involve driving on public highways, including high-speed routes. While conducted responsibly, participants must understand and accept the inherent risks of being a passenger in performance cars. • Alcohol, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the tour. • Our vehicles are valuable collector’s items. **Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions will be the financial responsibility of the participant, who will be required to reimburse repair costs.** • **Any participant failing to meet these requirements or refusing to comply with safety instructions may be denied participation on the day of the tour, without any refund.** By booking a Kaido Club Car Tour, you confirm that you meet these requirements and accept the above terms for your safety and that of others.
